VT Soil Erosion Research
& Consultancy was incorporated on the 3rd June
1999 in Malaysia. The company's director, Mr. Valentino
Tew Kia Hui , who has seen the urgent need of setting
up a company to cater for the growing needs of carrying out
more in-depth research and application of consultancy works
on the soil erosion issues, particularly with many of such incidences
of landslides, mudslides and soil erosion in Malaysia lately.
Being a highly specialized company that looks into the soil
erosion and sedimentation issues, its is hoped to provide a
better scientific understanding of humid tropics water and soil
behaviour with issues pertaining to the effects of development
activities to ensure an environmentally sound and sustainable
development in line with Vision 2020.
